A 16yo Moroccan girl was raped at knifepoint. The Judge in her country who was prosecuting the man responsible decided that his punishment was to marry her. The law is directly from the bible: Deuteronomy 22
28 If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, 29 he shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.
Because this girl was no longer a virgin, she brought shame to her family, and her family agreed to have her marry her rapist, so people would no longer shun the family.

Such a thing does Not exist in Islam. Islam treats women with kindness & justice. According to Islam, Rapists must be put to Death!

In Islam (Shariah law) the rapist must be put to death. The rape victim is not at fault, and must be supported, loved and cared for.

The rape victim does not need any witnesses to prove her rape - her own testimony is sufficient. [Witnesses are only needed to prove someone did adultery, so they need 4 witnesses, but if they themselves admit to their sin then witnesses are not needed.]

Also, in the present era, tests can be done to prove that she was raped e.g. DNA tests, getting the woman's body checked for bruises etc. and also analysing her behaviour to see if she is traumatised (this is carried out by the Doctor/Psychologist).

[However, there are some rape victims who suffer in silence, so no one knows they were raped until many years later. So in this case, lie detector tests and other behavioural tests may need to be taken to see whether she is telling the truth, and if she is telling the truth, then her rapist must be convicted and punished.]

Judaism (Torah) law states that the proper way to deal with rape is to force the raped woman to marry her rapist and then make the man give her father money.

Alternatively, you can kill the woman in Judaism & Christianity. (Deut. 22: 23-30)

Islam is the Most peaceful and humane religion - it does not tolerate or promote rape.

That's shocking and disgusting. Alhamdulillah, Islam honours women and treats them as human beings rather than the play things of men. In Islam a rapist would be put to death, and the girl who was raped would be comforted and looked after.

It is saying if a man has sex with a women who is not a virgin than he should marry her. NO WHERE does it say rape her
