Is this the dumbest Logic ever ? "Criminal's Are Law Breakers they will get there hands on any weapon"?

if criminals like james holmes can get there on hands on any weapon legally why didn't he buy a nuclear bomb or a bazooka or something like army related why get a legal assault gun?

he has access to all this illegal stuff like bazooka's nukes, missle launchers

why go with a legal gun?

dudes a criminal hes got so much more access to all these real big weapons right?

Because nukes and bazookas are waaaaay more expensive than a rifle. So an assault rifle was the quick route. (The laws of supply and demand don't just disappear because it's a black market good.)

If you think you CAN'T go out and buy an RPG, you're seriously uninformed.

1) YES, you CAN buy nukes on the black market. (THere's a ****-ton floating around from the former Soviet Union). But you need A LOT of cash. (The US also pays Pakistan about 2 billion dollars a year so that Pakistan doesn't sell it's nukes on the black market.)

2) Why didn't he buy a "bazooka"? Probably too expensive. AND he didn't need one. The guy's nuts, wants to kill a few folks. Rifle is what he needs. So that's what he bought. You have any idea of what declining marginal utility is?

3) I've never been asked to buy crack....So - by your logic - it's impossible for ANYONE to buy crack, right?

4) I don't have "connections" but I did work with the US military in trying to track all this stuff down, you moron. These things exist. And terrorist cells and drug cartels LOVE them.

5) God damn, I get tired of 16 year old kids who think they've got this world ALL figured out. When they've still got a good 10 years before their brain is even fully-developed.

You're an idiot, where would he get a nuke or a bazooka? This is officially the dumbest question I have read all day. Just because he is a criminal, doesn't mean he knows where to get explosives, you knob.

Nuclear weapons are, contrary to what many people say, not particularly easy to acquire, and they are quite expensive. Bazookas and rocket launchers are also quite difficult to get. Criminals do not have special access to such things. So, no it is not particularly dumb logic.

We have had free access to guns in this country since its founding but these mass shootings have only started occuring in the past 30 years.

It isnt the guns, its something else like an increase in drug use started by the liberals in the 60's.

No, the dumbest logic ever is believing more gun control laws will prevent this from happening again. They don't enforce the gun laws in place now. What makes you think they will enforce new laws?

Hi,

Didn't the kid booby trap his apartment? Usually that's done with some sort of explosive.

Sounds to me like he wanted to shoot people, not blow them up. He probably easy could have made several pipe bombs or other IED's to have used, but he didn't he wanted to use guns.

As for getting his hands on a nuclear device, its probably one of the few things that you cannot buy on the black market. It has become a EXTREMELY well regulated weapon. The FBI, CIA, Armed Services have ensured that all over the world with their lives.
