I'm not sure how the new min wage is here. It says on the labor laws that if a company has at least 6 employees then they have to pay min but what if the co. has less employees than that is it still min wage?! Please help, I need to know by Friday.

ALL companies, regardless of size, are bound to Federal and State minimum wage laws.
