It is a very complicated issue and one that many if not most employers, and employees, are not ready for, I dont think. These issues are hotly debated in our country and many would say that this is a 'lifestyle' and not a choice. One example from my own experience is that there was a homeless shelter for women into which transgendered individuals were able to access. In practical terms, the issue was what bathrooms would they use, how would the other women react when sleeping near them, etc. etc. etc. It is a long way off I believe. 54 months ago
