Probably it is because I have worked in the social solutions field, and I have worked with transgendered people who have not turned to prostitution - possibly they turned to operate in this field due to the fact they felt they could better be accepted and they have been. I am not so sure that these surgeries are so universally covered by wellness insurance. Whom I enjoy or whom I select to be is not a consideration for access to work I dont believe. The proof scientifically speaking is that it is genetic for the overwhelming majority, but so what?
