Jobs for 12 and 13 years old?

What are some good website to find a job i have searched but i am not having good luck because of the child labour law. But i do not want to clean my house because my mum will say why should i get paid to clean the house. But jobs i will ike to do is maybe working around in a hospital and give patients food and change their bed sheets. Dog Walking, looking after children and babies (not babysitting) while there parents go and rest or clean UP the house. Not lowing people grass i have horrible hay fever i am also ready to actually clean shops and houses so i was wondering are they against child labour laws if not what re good websites.

could try mowing, odd jobs, create some flyers to hang up around town or put in doors. used to do that a lot when i was young.
