Just How To Eliminate An Absentee Parents Rights Within The State-Of New York

Postby Mufidy » Thu Mar 06, 2014 8:31 am

My problem requires paternity regulation for Their State of: New York
Our child is 8 weeks old. Their Dad and I were in a relationship up to I was 8 weeks pregnant. He recognized the infant was his however returned along with his ex-wife and instantly the kid wasn't his, I was only a tramp and there have been 5 possible dads. None which holds true. Today, nearly annually later, he's never once noticed my boy. He's not wanted to determine my boy. He wasn't there when he was created. Our kid doesn't have his lastname or is he on his birth certificate. I actually do not need him ACTUALLY to be near him. Can there be a method to legally protect my daughter out of this guy actually arriving after my kid as time goes by.
Particular members of his family have experienced him(my daughter) and informed him he's his clone to which his reply was: that he does not want something related to my child since he does not want to pay for child support. I do not want his money, I just want my kid without any risk of him actually having the ability to come and try for visitation within the next 17 years.
Will there be something which I will do legally to completely end his rights to my child although he's AT THE MOMENT not seeking any visitation. I'm concerned about "in the future" problems.
I also wish to ensure that easily do remarry and my husband to be decideds he'd prefer to adopt my child, he'll find a way to complete so.

At this time he's a legal stranger for your kid since he's not shown because the dad about the child's birth certificate. He's no further to the kid than every other stranger.
Consequently, its difficult to terminate his parental rights since he does not have any to end. Additionally, even when it were a scenario in which a firing of parents rights was proper, until you are married as well as your spouse is prepared to follow the kid and dominate the authorized duties of fatherhood, a judge wouldn't accept a firing.
Nevertheless, he is able to document to determine paternity/custody/visitation rights/child-support at virtually any moment. If he files, he'll get visitation.
