Kids that need took away from there parents!!!?

My 1st cousin leaves near me in Kentucky. She has a daughter that lives in Georgia. Her daughter is 19 years old and has 2 kids that have been took from her! She is on drugs and meth some times. Now she is pregnant once again, she is staying in Kentucky with her mom now. Her mom has been in jail for 7 years and has a son that is 4 and they hit him and hurt him, smoke pot around him. I am scared about him and about the new baby that will be in this world soon. When she goes to the doctor will they keep it? Kentucky laws are not strict on that and i am worried what should i do or how should i turn them in who do i call?

normally they wont take it unless theres a serious risk factor involved. something like drugs they really wont take them right away from the hospital. all you can do is call cps and get them involved.
