my brother lives in houston tx he filled for me under l 130 for married brother on dec 2005 does ne1 know how long does its take and he filled at california service centre i check the processing time its sAYS SEP 2000 BUT WHEN I CHECK THE TEXAS SERVICE CENTRE ITS SAYS 5 MONTHS SO QUESTION Is CAN HE TRANSFER TO TEXAS CENTRE PLUS HE LIVES IN TEXAS TOO DOES THAT GONNA MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE TO PROCESSING TIME PLUS HOW LONG DOES IT'S TAKE NOW DAYS

See the visa bulletin. If you're asking about processing times, check online.

He can't transfer the petition, and I doubt that he'll want to withdraw it and refile - or that you would want him to.

but my brother can apply from texas service centre for i-130 when i check the website its say 5 months for married brother ans sister over 21 is that right
