LA personal injury lawyers? Need help please?

I had an accident in LA few months ago, my car got totaled, and I ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks. Now my insurance is not paying me what they should for settlement. Should I hire a personal injury lawyer? Any suggestion for an attorney in LA?

Open the yellow pages, go under attorneys, close your eyes, and pick one. There are so many to choose from it's ridiculous.

If you are dealing with your own insurance company i assume the accident was your fault! If thats the case, they are only going to pay for your car under the collision coverage and pay you medical bills up to the limit of your med pay coverage. If you are looking for injury money,pain and suffering and wage loss you would have to be collecting from a liable parties insurance, not yours. LA is full of PI attorneys, open the phone book and throw a dart you will hit one. Good Luck
