Legal question....please help in any way.?

In 2003, I plead guilty to a felony theft by fraud, and misdemeanor false represtation charges in WI. I sold several items on ebay for amy mother in law, and she never sent the items to the people. When all came to light, she told the suthorities that she never gave permission, and never authorized the use of her idenity on my computer. I plead guilty because I didn't have thw money to fight it, and I had a baby on the way. The agreement was 3 years probation, and with successful completion, it would be brought to one misdemeanor, misapproriate personal id. I lost my job last Oct, and now I am finding almost impossible to get hired. This was a one time lapse in judgement, and by no way a indicator of who I am. I am 35 years old and never even had a traffic ticket! Anyone know how long this will keep coming up, and if their is anyway to get it off my record? I have two children, and I just desperately want to work and be a good father, please help :(

It's not going to be easy, most places look at criminal record FIRST when reading your application.

Increase your horizon start applying to additional places, where ever you think you can work,
