Looking for an aggressive family law attorney in Contra Costa County, CA.?

I have just been served with custody papers by my ex-boyfriend. He is wanting 50% custody of our 9 month old nursing daughter. While he is a loving father, he is not a good father and I'm not comfortable with 50%. He has fabricated all sorts of lies and accusations in his declarations and has turned everything extremely dirty. I had hoped to play nicely, but not any more. I need a good, aggressive family law attorney. I live in Alamo, so anything within reason would work. Thanks!!

I don't think either of you should have custody, and I wish that non-marriage relationships would be made illegal to begin with.
