Live in fl was visiting in IL had a emergency hip replacement due to a fall. It's never been right from day one almost year later I am no better and I just found out that the type of prosthetic that the doctor used was for the very elderly and in very poor health I was 55 years old. this type is not made for active people I am not sleeping at night due to pain and discomfort my life is hell somebody please tell me what direction to go in. Florida doctor told me he would have never done this type surgery on me.If anyone has any suggestion please let me know I feel the surgeon should have at least gave me an option to what he was doing.
