Looking For Graduate Programs In The United States That Offer Islamic Law Program Or A Middle Eastern Study Program.

I've been researching a lot for a graduate program that offers Islamic Law or a Middle Eastern studies program but I haven't found one really that I know I could get in...lets be honest I would need a really rich parent to get into Yale and Harvard who have this or have a perfect score. If anyone is aware of any schools please list them for me. I would appreciate it.(Note: I've gotten my Bachlors already and working at a JD so LLM programs are okay as well as MA programs)

University of Chicago offers a Middle Eastern Studies program. Their program covers the Middle East from ancient to modern times, and covers language, history and archeology. It has an excellent reputation. shubab 79 months ago Please sign in to give a compliment. Please verify your account to give a compliment. Please sign in to send a message. The University of Denver has an excellent school of international relations. It also has a fine law school which offers many dual degrees to include international law. I am a graduate of DU. It is expensive but not nearly as much as the schools such as Harvrd, Yale etc and much easier to gain admittance. They also give away a lot of money.DU also has a large number of foreign students which adds to one's understanding and education. You might also wish to check out the University of Montana in Missoula, MT. This is a state school. Although out of state tuition is not cheap it is much less than Denver U or Ivy League schools. Also it is much much easier to gain admittance. It is in a beautiful mountainous location in Western Montana. There is also a law school there. For your information here is their website pertaining to your area of interest:http://www.umt.edu/cap/arabic.htm
