what happened is that my mom went to a market called El Super in north hollywood so she slip and fall she was on the floor the manager instead of helping her they were cleaning the area plus the refused to call an ambulance i had to call the ambulance so she was taken to the hospital because she was recently operated she had her gallbladder removed so we have ambulance hopspital and prescription bills the problem is that she also went to therapy but in the office where se went for theraphy instead of putting that the patient had a slip and fall they put the she was in a car accident so she was in court the judge told us to try be in a settlement so we try a few times but what they were offering my mom was a stupidity my mom took ambulance hospital and medication bills and the guy was representing did not took anything just the report and the report was in Spanish and was not a report paper that has to be use for a report so we were in court and the guy went back in and came out like 2 minutes later and told us that the judge was gonna gonna send us her decision by mail. what do you guys think u guys think my mom is going to win the case

When you represent yourself instead of hiring a lawyer then I know you will lose. You may get some money but it will not pay for all the bills. Get a lawyer that will only take a % percentage of what he can get for you and that is on top all the medical bills.

You can NOT be represented in Small Claim court by an attorney, and a "Slip & Fall" case wouldn't interest an accident attorney (not enough money).

Usually when a judge says they'll consider the case and send you the decision it means "YOU LOOSE". At best your mom should get compensated for the medical and ambulance bills. She probably wont get therapy or "pain & suffering'. She DIDN'T win the lottery.
