Lot property problem?

Last 20 years I bought a lot property and it is already have a land title and complete documents, and last year theirs a bad guy who claim that they are the one of the owner that it is inherited to their parents. I know that they are making business, and the problem is they bring to the court because theirs a lawyer said to them that if they win they will divide the lot in two for the lawyer and the bad guys. What type of case that I can get to court back to them because they make me sick.

You need a lawyer to answer the specifics. Unfortunately I'm not a lawyer. My advice is that you hire one and see where you can go with this. Its unfortunate to see but either you got scammed when you bought the land 20 years ago, or you're being scammed now. In any case, if they haven't seen the land in 20 years you have claims that it was abandoned by them and any so-called "inheritance" is not valid.

But please, get a lawyer.
