Mal Practice Question

IF YOU HAD A SURGERY AND THE DOCTOR SAID THEY FOUND A STAPLE IN YOUR ABDOMEN FROM A PREVIOUS SURGERY, IS THIS A MAL PRACTICE SUIT?

Probably. If the staple had been applied for a purpose during the earlier surgery, it would not be malpractice. If it had been over lookled and forgotten during the first surgery it would be malpractice if it caused you harm. For instance if it was the reason for your second surgery. See a lawyer and he will help you work it out.

Of course, it is a case of medical negligence. You will have to file a case against the previous doctor who did surgery. How could such an error occur on the part of the doctor ? A good medical malpractice lawyer will help you to get your claims and compensations.
