Can private individual sue a managing director for a slanderous statement in the course of his duty?
I have got a research topic for my law course..but um not gettin...on which books i should search for this..whether it is commercial law?..company law??..and what topic is it...?will it be unders slander or defamation???..if anyone has any idea regarding this and can provide me with some useful informations then i wud b relly gr8ful..thanks!
