Maritime safety and security job?

I recently came across some information regarding tactical law enforcement teams who protect ships from Pirates, terrorist, etc.
I couldn't think of a better job for me. I am very experienced in diving and am an avid freediver. How would I pursue this career goal and acquire the training needed? Could you suggest any programs? What is the probability of achieving this? I'm 26 in great/health and very motivated.

try enrolling in a Maritime Academy, and to help also enlist as a reserve in one of the military branches. upon graduation, you will be commissioned as an Officer, and have the maritime background to help you move into your career. good luck.
