Medical In The Place Of Military Services, And Its Impact On Immigration

Medical In The Place Of Military Services, And Its Impact On Immigration

Postby tupac » Thu Feb 06, 2014 3:58 pm

I am students of medicine in Iran, 25 yrs old. I have been approved within the 2009 DV lottery, and wish to make an application for it. Our issue is, to be able to finish my training and get free from Iran officially, I've to assist the city being a physician for 2 yrs (which is really a substitute of military providers, for medical students).
I wan't to understand that:
1) Whether this can have an impact to the procedure for my obtaining a credit?
2) What might happen easily can not get free from Iran throughout the two-year interval? Am I going to lose my green card? Can there be a method to maintain my green card without visiting Us every 6 months, throughout that interval?
I've been informed that perhaps a bright passport might help; i'm-not certain what it is.
Medical Instead Of Military Services, And Its Effect On Immigration

The site you report pertains to PEOPLE in america, Permanent People, and dual nationals. Have you been one of these simple?A "white passport" is just a re entry permit.
You shouldn't continue till you've contacted a lawyer who focuses on immigration. It's possible when you attempt to do this alone, you'll create a mistake and manage the chance of not obtaining a green card at all.
