Medical Malpractice Lawsuit info needed?

i have consulted with 3 different lawyers about this and all say i have a strong medical malpractice lawsuit when i had lost 3 fingers but i sent them a demand letter how likely are big companys like penske (personal injury case which led to this medical malpractice) and a doctor at elkhart memorial hospital to settle especially when my expenses exceed well over 425k and in total i have offered them to settle for 225k
