Medical Malpractice-methotrexate

On March 3-10, 2010 I was hospitalized and found to have Restrictive Lung Disease, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Reynaud's, RA, and Hypertension.  Going to a new RA, I was told that Methotrexate is known to give lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis.  I also have cysts on my liver - which was clear BEFORE I took Methotrexate.  Wondering if there are any class action suits against the manufacturer of Methotrexate...clearly my diagnosis is fatal and my life has now taken 180 degree turn...I am totally limited in my activities when before I was a robust, active 60 year old.

Don't know whether there is any litigation on this subject but easy to find out: Just "google" for ..........METHOTREXATE INJURY ATTORNEY/LAWSUIT/CLASS ACTION ........or any combo of such words. If you find nothing, there is nothing going on.  But there is also a question of medical malpractice. Were you a suitable candidate for the drug? Were you warned of side effect. Did the risk of the drugs outweigh the hoped for benefits? I don't know. Good luck
