Medical Malpractice

I went in to the hospital for chest problems & arrived without any utilization of my left-arm & palm. The drs said I'd aged shots but my supply was good after I was accepted. I do not even know once the shots occurred. I'd a bloodpressue cuff with this supply, it'd fill so tight my supply & palm might throb. I informed the neurlogist about any of it and he or she stated that it bolstering up so tight this might lead to the damage. Does anybody believe I've an incident and wouldn't it be malpractice?

How could anyone here possibly guess? You need to have your medical files reviews by a malpractice firm. But you also need to understand that simply having a bad outcome does not mean anyone was negligent.

Possibly. Without a review of your entire medical record it is impossible to say for certain that there is a case. If it is indeed and injury from an improperly inflating BP cuff it could be negligence or it could also be an equipment malfunction. The details will matter. Consult one or two med/mal attorneys. Most will do an initial consultation for free. If no attorney will take the case then there likely isn't one. If there is a basis to continue on they will arrange for expert medical review of your records.
