Hi.  I published a sizable check to somebody and so they havn't paid me back.  Its been nearly a year.  I'd prefer to consider the individual to small-claims but-don't know if I'd win.  The check was initially published out to buy medicines of an illegitimate nature.  Might I be denied compensation-based with this info? - thanks
