Methotrexate

Lorraine,

If the methotrexate caused those problems, it sounds like you would have a medical malpractice case.  I assume the physician did not list these problems as a potential side effect since the physician did not believe your problems were related to the drug use.

I suggest you speak with a certified medical malpractice attorney immediately.  It is likely you will have an easy time getting an appointment with your permanent injuries.  A certified attorney can hire a causation expert to determine whether your damages are related to the methotrexate.

I am sorry to hear about your situation and wish you the best.
