Michigan Landlord tenant law? Entry of Landlord?

Can anyone help me find a law that says I can entrer rental property with 24 hours notice to exhibit to potential renters?

It is the MI law that you must give 24 hr notice. It is also the law that you can only show the apt to potential renters in the last 30 days of the current tenant occupancy. It should be in your lease, if not, get it in the new one.

You need to check with the state you're living in , laws like that are different in different states,
