I AM A US NATIONAL AND MY FIANCEE IS INDIAN NATIONAL. I LIVE IN US AND SHE IN INDIA. WE WANT TO MOVE TO KENYA OR DUBAI BECAUSE SHE DONT LIKE US. SHE HAS 15YEARS OLD DAUGHTER TOO. HOW CAN WE WORKM IT OUT? WE CAN INVEST ABOUT 30K - 40K USD TO BUY SOME BUSIBESS. HOW CAN WE ACHIEVE THIS GOAL? tHANK YOU

Hi Naresh,

Congratulations!

Since you can't settle in Kenya without a work permit of some sort, you need to apply for one from the Kenya Immigration office which you can do through the Kenya commission in the US. Since you plan to invest in the country, you could consider permits of Classes H to L. Note the annual fees.

There's also a link to the immigration law, should you consider citizenship or have children while in Kenya and are not decided about what citizenship to give them.
