Hi Naresh,
Congratulations!
Since you can't settle in Kenya without a work permit of some sort, you need to apply for one from the Kenya Immigration office which you can do through the Kenya commission in the US. Since you plan to invest in the country, you could consider permits of Classes H to L. Note the annual fees.
The following link has a complete list of permits available to non-citizens.http://www.immigration.go.ke/permits.php
There's also a link to the immigration law, should you consider citizenship or have children while in Kenya and are not decided about what citizenship to give them.
Your fiance's daughter will be considered a dependant. If you have any other questions, you could contact the Kenya missions in the US, their link is www.kenyaembassy.com in Washington DC.
If that doesn't help, you may contact me and I'll try find out more information for you.
All the best with your plans.
