If Dads gross income goes down by 15% I believe that opens a door to request an amended order under AZ rules . I do NOT know what all counts as countable gross income.

You'll have to go to court and get the support order changed. Whether you can do this without a lawyer is not something I can say.

Laymans consider:If boy isn't coping with Mother but with Father I actually don't discover why Father has not submitted for revised CS currently! CS doesn't quit before purchase has changed even when details have altered. I don't understand if Virginia refined pay is susceptible to garnishment, but when his new pay is less and he's not able to function that appears like a great foundation to get a request to reduce CS to me.
