More Than 30 Times, Nothing In The Ll

Postby Arnav » Tue Jun 24, 2014 8:35 pm

Offered LL thirty days notice at the conclusion of July that people were shifting out from the 30th of Sept. He closed for that notice but I've yet to listen to from him. No notice back or perhaps a demand that issue. (I attempted to contact him but didnt return calls) Its currently been more than 30 times because we shifted out & nevertheless no term on my safety deposit or perhaps a listing of that which was broken (if any) within the condo & the total amount of that which was left. I do want to deliver him a notice to recommend him of what he must have completed from the 30th morning since to tell the truth I dont believe he's a hint. (Our rent was merely a "notice" of types, simply stating just how much the lease was & exactly what the deposit was.) Must I incorporate using the interest in securlty deposit again with copies of the pa landlord/tenent regulation & deliver it licensed aswell, SUBSEQUENTLY easily don't notice from him consider him to courtroom? Cheers in advance.

Pretty much yes to both your questions. You send him a demand and you sue him if he doesn't respond.
