I have my contract law exam tomorow and im freaking out. I hate this topic, and its my worst.
I have extensively covered Offer and acceptance, Consideration and Misrepresentation.
What are the most recurring topics that turn up, tht if i study i knw theyl DEFINETLY ask a question on it. And how should i go about writing the essays for it
