Mum had a stroke do we have a case ?

Postby ern » Sat Jul 21, 2012 9:42 am

My mum had a severe stroke due to a blood clot she has had 3 tias and every time she has been to hospital had the brain scan and sent home without having the operation even though according to the medical rules you must have this done to prevent a stroke the first time you come in and the doctor that looked after her was in charge for her 3 Tias and the stroke and still didn't preform the op till it was too late also when she was admitted to hospital it took 5 hours until she was seen causing the stroke to get worse we are hoping to sue the NHS for medical malpractice

NO malpractice occurred. Based on what you claim here, there was NO clot to detect the first 3 times. Your statement of what the medical rules are is BS.
