My car got hit and it wasnt my fault but i got no insurance?

ok this is what happen my car got hit from the side while i was making a right turn and my bumper came off, and than another car hit the car that hit me......i got phony insurance, so the cops came and i got my police report... i call the guy insurance company up....to file a claim....but they denied me because the guy got push into my car......and they told me to call the other insurance company.......so what should i do.....go to a small claim court and file a claim..........please help thankssss

Well, guess that didn't work out too well did it. And too bad, we have laws and you should follow them. If this stuff happens because you didn't, well it's your own fault. I don't care if you don't have an expensive car, you still need insurance.

As an attourney that specializes in right turn law, i would first advise you to double check your state'S specific insurance statutes. that being said, common law in most states is that the frist vehicle to initate an accident is at fault. I'd i were in your situation I'd lawyer up, call a doctor about emotional stress and anxiety you now feel every time you enter a car and complain about ambigious neck pain. sue the individual who forst hit someone to initate the accident for every personal aaset they have. good luck.
