Using any amount of common sense, I would at least call 911 and ask for Poison Control Center.
They have the knowledge right available.
First they will ask "is he conscious?" and maybe ask about his breathing rate.
If he shows signs of distress like passing out, shortness of breath, chest pains, rapid panting, seizures, then definitely get medical help ASAP. Another sign someone might be going into shock is if they feel cold and start to sweat.
