My Father Blacked Out After Cutting the Neighbors Grass?

Ok im going to try to explain this as well as i can. Around 6pm i got a call from my stepmother frantically asking me to come over because there was something not right with my father. Once i had made it half way there i got another call saying he was feeling better but to please still come by. Heres the story, my father was cutting the grass today, it was in the 60's today so it wasnt like he was exposed to heat or anything but once he had finished the grass at the house he decided to clean up the lot next door. Some history on that, the neighbors were evicted a year or so ago because they were in a lot of debt and were caught in a local drug ring, the house has been left abandoned and as a result looks terrible. My father and stepmother had called the town numerous times to see if someone could come out to maintain the property because its such an eyesore and after weeks of nothing he decided to do it himself. He claims he felt fine after finishing his own yard but after one pass of the neighbors lawn everything changed. My stepmother came home and found the lawn mower on the far side of the neighbors lawn along with my fathers boots, then she found him passed out on the back porch where he apparently peed himself. When i was there he told me everything he remembered, he said he really had to think hard to remember what had happened at all that entire day, he also said once he remembered his day prior that he remembered walking over to the neighbors yard and the next thing he new he woke up and wet himself on the porch. He has know knowledge of stopping the lawn mower, taking off his boots without untying them, something that is borderline impossible to do, or going back to the house. My question is what do you think happened? its early in the year so things are just starting to bloom and grow again. My thoughts are that maybe they had something growing drug related or maybe before they had quickly thrown something in an attempt to not get caught with something? Or could it be weeds? I'm not sure what it is but theres nothing online about it. He also said when he smelled the mowerbag that he immediately felt light headed. Let me know your thoughts, thank you.

It could be dehydration or the mowerbag could be letting of a toxic fume or something? I dont know for sure, but I would get him to go to the doctor as soon as possible just to make sure

He is alergic to something or the moer fumes hot to him also could be drug residue in the dirt also tell him to wait till the grass is at least one foot tall and email me some pics of the neghbors lawn [email protected]

Could be chemicals or dehydration, Blood pressure drop, or blood sugar drop.To be safe have him get an exam to rule these things out.Can't do this over the internet.Good luck to your dad.Iwould stay clear of the eye sore and call your board of health.
