why does this Mexican get to keep tearing up my yard by parking on my grass, I warned him to not do this again, his landlord came by on Thursday and warned him , he is not allowed to park on my property, she showed him where he can park his 2 cars in his 2 car drive way and where he cannot park and on friday he is right back on my property, today he is back on my property,further over than he was yesterday.He rents outs rooms to other Mexicans his tenants park in his drive way, he was advised he cannot rent out rooms, so now his son and him park on my property,side by side by his tenants cars. He completely destroyed my flower garden I planted, he ran over my stakes when my flowers will be blooming, all destroyed ,all because he refuses to stay off my property. I want to know since he has been warned and advised to stay off my property, can I call a tow truck and have them pick up his suv and haul it away ? I know he is Mexican from the standpoint he made it a point I understand he is Mexican. You have issues with that take it up with him and my world does not evolved around if he likes me or not.I gave him enough warnings and chances and he refuses to do as asked, I want him towed.Can I have him towed ?FED UP
I want to call Child protection services, they have 8 year girl and 6 grown men there in a 2 bedroom, may I turn him in for that & can I do this without saying who I am ?

How is calling CPS a proportionate response? If he is abusing the children you should call CPS regardless of whether he parks on your lawn or not. This is just vindictive and way over the top. AND a misuse of the CPS tip-off line. I hope you get prosecuted if you make any false charges against him

You can call your local police and tell them that a privately owned vehicle has been abandoned on private property. They might tow it immediately.

Here is what you do.If they are on your property and you asked them to move and they didn't then they are considered a lean on your leased property.Have them towed,compounded and pay you,through the compound, compensation to get them back.That means compound fees and the property damage owed to you. Note.They have to be fore warned before compounding the cars.Make sure when the tower comes the cars are on your property and pics are taken and dated.Have your damages included in the compound fees,before the cars are released from the compound. Regardless of his race, he's violating your civil rights. You need to take pictures to document when he's on your private property. You didn't mention what city and state you're in. In some states, you have the right to have vehicles impounded for unlawful trespassing on private property. After documenting the damages he's caused, you can recover $$ by filing a complaint in small claims court.

Ignore his race and focus on the civil and criminal violations he's committed.
