What to do about neighbour , my neighbour keeps parking on my grass due to his driveway can hold 2 cars so he?
What to do about neighbour , my neighbour keeps parking on my grass due to his driveway can hold 2 cars so he slide his suv over onto my yard to accommodate more space to have3 suv's parking space. I had shown him the property he parks on is mine, I went as far as putting in some big rocks to force him to stay off my grass.He is now coming onto my property, he moves the rocks out his way and he returns to parking his suv right back on my grass , so he has his suv on my grass partly and partly on his driveway.His landlord even told him, where he is parking is not his property.What can i do now, he moves the rocks all week, he still keeps parking on my grass and he refuses to stay off my property and he moves my stuff around so he can have space for 3 suv's.He has taken it upon himself to prohibit me from having my rocks where I want them on my property .What can the police do if I call them out and explain what he is doing and ask them to come out,I can show them today, he is parked on my grass ?Talking to him does not work, putting rocks down does not work, as a last resort can the police make him stay off my property ,stop coming onto my property and stop moving around stuff that belongs to me , stop him from parking on my grass. ?

Go to court and get an injunction against his constant trespassing.

I agree with the other guy- get an injunction but please stop allowing yourself to be bullied.

I personally would like to say that anyone doing what this man is doing should expect a little karma and should he spend a night in the cells- i wouldn't shed a tear for him- maybe he needs reminding that his job may be on the line should he bring disrepute to the company he works for!

When he moves the rocks and parks on your property, put the rocks back in place, on TOP of his vehicle but along the property line.

Call the police.

Call a wrecker and have this vehicle which is illegally on your property towed away.

Put "spike strips" (a rake would do very nicely, "Oh, so THAT'S where I left that thing!") along the property line AFTER he parks so he will drive over them as he pulls out, flattening his tires.

He is illegally parked. Call the police and have him ticketed ... every time he parks there. After a while, start having the illegally parked car towed.

When he moves the rocks you put down he is damaging your "decorative display", vandalizing your property, no different than egging your house. Have him charged with that as well (video makes good evidence).

Keep hammering on him, every time he parks illegally, have him charged with illegal parking and trespass. He moves your rock garden ... have him charged with vandalism! Eventually the fool will learn his lesson and leave your property alone. If at any time he leaves tire ruts on your property or spins his tires and damages the grass ... another count of vandalism!

I was building a cabinet on my front lawn. It seams I 'dropped' a few nails/screws/sharp objects. Too bad he has 4 flat tires.

Legally, I believe you can have the vehicle towed at his expense.
