This neighbour keeps parking on my property his driveway is for 2 cars he has 4 cars parked side by side, this makes 2 cars be on my property and grass. I have told him to stay off my grass, the park told him to stay off my grass and property, he does so for a few days, than he goes right back to parking on my property like nothing was ever said.He rents outs rooms in his Mobile home ( this is illegal ) and now where his tenants can park, he directs them to park onto the grass and they park right in front of my storage shed on my grass. The office said next time we will tow and next time no tow or the time after that or after that. The park will not do anything, his tenants already created mud tire imprints on my property they go about 30 feet. What else can I do ? Asking and warning him does not work, police drive by all the time and never do nothing. The other night, they were parked side by side chatting, where the same 4 cars were park. Are people just allowed to destroy property and disregard they are parking on someone else's property without any consequences? I do have photos as well as have documented this ..

If they are on your property and you asked them to remove them and they didn't then they are considered a lean on your leased property.Have them towed, compounded and pay you, through the compound, compensation to get them back. That means compound fees and the property damage owed to you. Note. They have to be fore warned before compounding the cars.Make sure when the tower comes the cars are on your property and pics are taken and dated.Have your damages included in the compound fees, before the cars are released from the compound. Hope this helps. don't just threaten them lay it on the line and go through with it. They are not babies although they act like it.Remember warn them first.

If you want to know how to get the management involved, start by reading your lease. Do you lease the land where that person is parking? If so, let the management know that they are not providing you with exclusive use of the land and that you will seek your remedies.

Most cities have zoning laws. If your park is zoned for single family homes, you can notify the city that he is renting out rooms and that makes it a "multi family" residence.

This is between you, him, and the park. If the park won't act, you're out of luck.

It's not 'your' property, it belongs to the park, and they decide where people can park.
