My friend cuts and her sis. wants to tell in her sis but doesnt want ppl to know bout her. any help will work?

Its impossible to cut and not bleed. Trust me, I do it too. I don't think her sister does it for attention because she hides it and shes talking to a support group. I wouldnt tell but its cuz i dont have a good relatioonship with my parents. If i did, i would definetly tell them. Cutting is not a joke, its something serious that only gets worse with time! Its an addiction! Your friend should tell them, but she should also know that after that, they'll be also more "alert" so she should hide her cuts as well.

You have to give it some time...ask the one that is cutting that whats bothering her and tell her that ur there for her and you will listen to whatever she has to say..ur going to be there with her no matter what happens nd DONT TELL HER PARENTS bc if she is doing it to get attention...then shes going to be in big trouble...DONT and i aay DONT BE MAD AT HER if shes doing it for attention because most likely she will be depressed after all that drama forshure...if its real then wait and see if she cuts really deep each time then call for help...if shes not getting any blood then its most likely fake..as hard as it is to say it...and please try to answer my question too please im begging you
