Do you mean he signed the property over to his son, or added him to title? Whose sister? The son's sister or the grandfather's sister? Who gave money and gold? Does who have any rights?? What does anking share mean? What does... gave more money and gold while her marriage ...mean?? Let's re-word this a little, and someone might be able to help you......

anking is not a English word.
Your English is not good enough to be understandable.
You need to ask this in your native language.
Obviously I living in the USA can not answer a question dependent on Indian law.

If your gradfather left a will and his son inherited the home. There is nothing the sister can do...She can ask all she wants.
