STOP ENOUGH Your sons teachers belong to the Teachers Union and support all liberal thinking. This is the vary reason that Teachers should not belong to labor unions and then bring that socialist teaching to the classroom instead of a real education, and then want pay raises without any merit qualifications. This is called communism. Teachers are on the Big Govt. Payroll, you don't really think they will say anything bad about it do you.

You need to explain these things to your son so he can learn to be a critical thinker and nt just follow the teacher.

@Magick@ Those entitelments like my Social security are paid for by my Hard Work and my Paying into the system for over 50 years, all but two years I paid the Max into it. I worked, still paying into the System until I was 72 years old. I hardly call this an entitelment that you are paying for me! Had I not been required to pay into the System put forth by Democrats, and, I invested in securities the money I paid and the money my Company paid on my behalf I would have more than twice (Conservative) as much to live on today. Don't go trying to take back what I bought and paid for with my Work. You are not giving me anything at all, just taking my money for more social programs to buy inner city votes!

Dollar for dollar invested, my 401 K provides me with a whole lot more, yet, Democrat work had to stop non government retirement plans. WHY? because they use Social Security as their private slush fund and don't even pay interest on it.

invite the teacher (male or female) out to dinner and before the evening is done let the teacher know to leave your child out of his/her politics.

I highly doubt that a "leftist" teacher will mold your son into a liberal foot-soldier. If you expect your son to attend a university, you should not try to shelter him from other positions and beliefs. If you do so, then he is in for a rude awakening when he arrives on campus. Let him hear all the positions and decide for himself.
