Need Help Ex Went To California To Prevent Nj Court Orders

SUPPORT!  I've purchases for my ex to pay for cash and follow NJ Judge purchases from the breakup in 2004... but ex went to California a couple of years before to prevent the NJ Surfaces. I submitted Administration of Litigants Privileges and that I need to know what type of purchases could be released from the NJ Judge that'll really be completed in FL.  A table cause for charge did nothing following a breach of the FRO (Last Restraining Order)... ex only slept out-of NJ.  Judgments do-nothing since possessions were used in exis mature children.  Any suggestions? Orders out of NJ should be given "full faith and credit" in FL.  You can domesticate the orders in FL and seek enforcement according to FL law.  If he has made himself judgment proof and you cannot undo that, you may be wasting your time.
