Never returned license plates and suspension NYS drivers license?

i recieved a few seat belt tickets, child restraint ticket, and a speeding ticket about a year and half ago, in which they suspended my license. I got letters from all the counties in which i got my tickets saying they all were suspending my license on different dates. At that time i drove my car up to the first date of the tickets, and let the suspension happen. On the last day of "not suspended" i stripped my car of its valuables (or luxeries) and drove it up to the mall and left it and came back on a bus. I fully owed the vehicle, (it was a beater car), so no loans or anything. A few months later i noticed my car was gone and assumed it was towed away and left it at that. I also left the plates on the vehicle.

Now a year and a half later I would like to figure out how much it would cost to reinstated my license, pay off the fines, and whatever it is for not returning the plates after almost 2 years. I would call the local DMV, but in my city, they are horrible to "customers" and rude. I would rather acuire the money to get everything taken care of before dealing with them again.

I think all the tickets i had i pled not guilty to and never showed to the courts, it just took them a year or 2 to suspend my license. So i am guessing about $120 for each adult seat belt ticket, maybe $300 for child restraint ticket ??, about $250 for the speeding ticket. And i am not sure how much it costs to actually "reinstate" the license, and not sure how much it costs for not returning the plates after almost 2 years?

Would anyone know a rough idea of the total of all this? I do not live in NYC, but upstate NY
