Are aliens in Arizona required to carry their registration documents on person at all times or just have them with them (at home, at work) at all times?

Unless the law has changed from the time I spent as a US Coast Guard Boarding Officer a non-citizen legal resident must have his Government issued ID on his person except when at his legal residence.

New immigration law in Arizona question?

The Federal law requires every visitor to carry there visa. The Arizona law only says what the Federal law all ready says, Instead of posting this question why don't you look up the Federal and Arizona laws and compare them for your self?

yes its federal law but like everything else with regards to illegal immigration its not enforced that's why all those Hispanics along with their illegal family members and friends are always crying out its the feds responsibility not states because the states will in fact enforce the law its pretty pathetic if you ask me
