New Obama imagination law? ?

I don't really know much about this...
But I've been hearing a lot of people talking about it. I wanted to know what it is and how it works? And will it apply to me?

My mom brought me over here when I was 8 months old. Illegally. I've never gone back to Mexico. I don't want to eather. Please don't call me a imagrant or a beaner. It was not my choice. Well, I'm 15 now. And about 6 months ago I was caught with marijuana at school. ( it was my friends) I don't know why I even agreed to hold it for him. Well, anyway I was drug tested and passed. I never got a court date or was charged with anything. I only have 6 months of probation and I am in a alternative school.
So will this new law apply to me? And do I have a criminal record?

There's no new laws restricting or enabling imagination. You're still free to imagine whatever you like.

As far as I'm concerned although it was not your choice, you are still here ilegally and need to be deported.
