I live in outside and will be getting married in july.

My fiancee is working in the US on H1B visa.

I would like to apply for my H1B FY2010. Also since my fiancee is working in US I would also go there after marriage in H4.

Can I apply for H4(in jul)after applying for my H1B now ?

What are the complications that might arise at this moment. ...

My Canadian PR(CEC) application returned back second time for not accepting a Birth certificate that I obtained from Indian Embassy in NY USA.

Reason mentioned that they can`t accept the birth certificate issued on the basis of passport. I don`t have the original birth certificate.

In lieu of that they asked me the send an Affidavit mentioning(Applicant`s name, Date of Birth and Parents name).

assume my priority date is 10 october 2010 and when i check the USCIS visa bulletin and by the month of may 2011, the current date is "05 november 2010"

Does it means that my priority date is current?

if yes, i will have to apply for I 485 right?

and why do i have to wait again for visa bulletin even though my I 130 is approved? ...
