Not a business but me personally how do I remove my name from statute law?

Postby cleirach70 » Thu Feb 23, 2012 1:31 pm

When you are born your given a birth certificate. Your birth certificate has a series of red numbers, those are a security number on the world stock exchange. We as people are born as corporations and are known under the Uniform Commerical Code. How do I remove myself as a corporation so I only need to follow common law. When we goto court we are being tried under statute law(hence the gold stripe around the flag behind the judge). Im trying to soviegrn myself.

LAY OFF THE COOL AID and place your head in a bucket of ice water. Com'on, you can do better than that. There must some case somewhere in some country in some foreign language that you can cite to back you up. Quite the poor showing so far.

If you want to raise a stink about the gold on the flag feel free to tell the judge when you get to court. I saw somebody try this once, arguing that the gold fringe signified that it was a maritime court and the judge had no jurisdiction over him to enforce a child support order. The judge humored him for a couple minutes and then asked the bailiff to remove the flag from the court. See, there is no requirement for ANY flag to be in the courtroom, and any decoration on it is just that - decoration.

There is nothing in the US constitution or US law that allows you to ignore American laws and the American constitution.
