My Spouse had gotten a UTI whilst in the clinic thru a cather and due to OTHER HEALTH ISSUES HE'D TO VISIT rehabilitation IN A MEDICAL house. He's a SUPPRESS IMMUNE PROTECTION SYSTEM. WHILE HE WAS IN THE MEDICAL house hE WAS IN A PERSONAL ROOM AND THE CARE OF THE CATHER WAS POOR. They'd AN ISSUE WITH hOUSEKEEPING AND THE Bath-room WASN'T KEPT CLEAN AND WHEN THEY TOOK THE FOLEY OFF THEY DIDN'T ALWAYS CLEAR IT BUT PUT IT ON THE TOWEL RACK IN THE TOILET WITH THE TUBING REVEAL TO BACTERIA THE END WASN'T ASSIGNED. WHILE THEY RECONNECT THE FOLEY THEY'D JUST CLEAR IT AND RECONNECT IT TOWARDS THE CATHER. while he was there he gotten another disease. I've images of the bath-room and the way in which they quit they foley us vacant about the towel rack.Is this Nursing Home responsible for his disease returning?

Rather than continuing to provide misleading information, I suggest as ClydesMom does that you familiarize yourself with the basic tenets of malpractice.

"Standard of Care" is really a legal term and generally not really a regulation. Your declaration they "might be responsible, definitely" is extremely incorrect. The toughest part about med/mal is showing PROBLEMS. Whether or not treatment was breached, if there were not substantial problems to outweigh the expense of match then there's no case. You must browse the MedMal link on this website and familarize yourself with all the needs of this kind of situation before providing deceptive advice.

Disease is just a threat of any hospitalization or nursing home, especially in one single having a compromised immune system.Failure to deal with disease could be doable. I suppose he's being handled with suitable medicines. Your option would be to protest for the state company which permits medical services inside your state.

Agree with ClydesMom.
Before providing inaccurate statements (this is the second on this board), you need to understand that medical malpractice is a highly specialized area of the law and it is difficult to respond accurately, unless you have a knowledge of the basic tenets of this area of the law.
