Nys labor laws for mechanics?

does anyone have any info. with the labor laws for mechanics, work hours, meal breaks,etc. also wages for mechanics and what about the temp. by law tollerable heat and cold.

Unless working for the government, these things are not normally covered by law in any state. They may be covered by contracts in the case of union shops.
