Odometer Fraud Case Outcome

Postby Athmore » Mon Jun 30, 2014 12:21 pm

I bought a used 2003 automobile nearly twelve months before. After I purchased it, it'd 28,000 kilometers on it. 8 weeks after purchasing it, I obtained a notice from GM declaring that there is some type of recognition about the speedometer, that'll cause issues, of course if therefore to consider it to my local seller to obtain it mounted at no cost. Doing this, my seller went an automobile request and discovered there is a recall completed about the tailgate in 2005 by which an odometer reading was drenched at 77,000 miles, rederring my automobile ineligible for that recognition. I've all of the paperwork displaying this odometer reading and also have maintained councel. I'm just thinking things to anticipate being an outcome for this situation. I'm merely requesting them to consider the vehicle back, pay my funds because the purchase and spend my authorized fees.

You purchased the vehicle from whom? In what condition? Assuming you did therefore, and that I have no idea why you'dn't, when you created a police statement of the odometer fraud what did law enforcement let you know? Why has not your attorney had the opportunity to recommend the possible outcome of one's situation?
