Official Lied In Traffic Court

Postby Gerald » Sat May 24, 2014 11:16 am

Our issue pertains to authorized exercise within the state-of: NY.
There have been two officials involved with my solution. The seeing official was left within an unmarked vehicle in a area 500+ legs away and around a flex. The official who released the solution was in a parking lot down the road.
After I was released the solution the official stated that the unmarked vehicle had called along my offense.
At my test the seeing official did not display however the issuing official claimed to individually watching my crime. Despite my images which confirmed this was difficult, the judge thought the issuing official producing the remark: "The official is creating a sworn declaration he noticed your crime and that I have no cause to think he might lay under oath."
Easily desired to consider the action, how might I start seeking an incident of perjury from this official?
Thanks.

I relish it when anybody reacts to my concerns since I understand they do not need to. This is actually the greatest regulation community that I've located on the internet and that I have discovered a great deal by studying it.
Three factors regarding my individual posts:
1) Our individual posts would be the best approach for me personally to obtain solutions since I observe them as distinctive problems that we need to know the solution to. For that big most of them, that you don't have to know the whole background of my situation to be able to answer them. Therefore there's you should not undergo them all as That Man indicates.
2) Taking a Look At the checklist supplied by That Man, I also observe that my individual posts are most likely ideal for additional customers of the community simply because they may be taking into consideration the same concerns I'm. I'd genuinely believe that many visitors do not wish to sort via a lengthy article about the wish of locating the solution they need.
3) Regardless of The above, when the manager of the community items that my method of publishing isn't correct or useful to others, I'd quit carrying it out this way.
Thanks again for the aid I've received.

No, many visitors would not, however they might even be silly to consider that the Q/A without context could be relevant for them until their scenario was the identical as yours...that they would not understand until they might quickly discover the framework!!
Your pure quantity of posts is IMO bombarding the community, which makes it harder for many visitors to locate whatever info they are searching for!
It is called netiquette, or quite simply, being polite. Simply because you are able to, does not mean you need to. I, for just one, could be hate to take part in one of one's framework-free posts provided your attitude.

I'm sorry about what happened, but you will get nowhere trying to convince a prosecutor to examine a transcript from a traffic court hearing (if one exists) to see if an officer might have committed perjury. I suggest that you move on with your life.
